Yes! In fact, it's a great way for you to learn about exercise and fitness, as you'll have someone knowledgeable teaching you right from the start!  The workouts are tailored to the individual's fitness level in a group setting for support and encouragement.

We are NOT a gym!  We are an outdoor workout group that requires no contracts or automatic payments.  You pay at the beginning of each month for the month you plan to attend.  

It all depends on you! We'll go at your pace to reach your goals. How fast we do that depends on the time and effort you put in! But we believe that slow and steady wins the race.

Because of the unique boutique environment at IFG, no workout is ever the same.  As the owner and instructor, Elaine creates each workout according to the group so that there is never monotony when it comes to the workouts.  We offer the opportunity to challenge yourself at whatever fitness level you are at and also focus on your mental well being.
